3227 E Broadway (this property sold) in El Encanto Estates is located on a huge lot in the center of town. The home, built in 1950, had been recently remodeled.

2804 E Calle Glorietta (this property sold)  was featured in the 2005 AIA Architecture tour. The home has a unique floor to ceiling glass window in the kitchen that shows off a beautiful view of the landscaped backyard. The curved roofline indicates a Streamline Moderne style. The front of the home appears more ranch style with a low flat roof and wide windows.
