I grew up in Flagstaff and Sedona, but I’ve lived in Tucson for over 18 years. My wife is a fourth generation Tucsonan and her love of this city is contagious. I was drawn to Tucson by the people, culture, history, environment, opportunities, and wonderful homes. I love it here because it’s a great place to live and as a bonus, no snow shovel is needed!
Before working in real estate, I was a field engineer in heavy civil construction. I was responsible for multi-million-dollar budgets and projects that had to be done on schedule. This developed my communication, negotiation and organizational skills, which are indispensable in real estate.
I’m loyal and dedicated to my clients and I make sure to bring a consultative approach to the job. I find out what is most important to the client and I help them craft a plan to achieve their goal. I am a strong negotiator and oversee the transactional details.
I enjoy spending time hiking with my wife Kim as well as checking out old buildings. I also love music and spending time playing the guitar.
