Hi there and welcome! We’re Nick and Kim Labriola, founders of RealTucson.com. We’re happy to help you with your Tucson real estate goals.

About Nick Labriola

Nick Labriola, Tucson Realtor

Nick is a lifelong Arizonan. He grew up in Scottsdale, Sedona, and Flagstaff, before moving to Tucson in 2000, his wife’s hometown.

Nick started his work life washing dishes at age 12 in his family’s small mom and pop restaurant in Flagstaff. That experience instilled a work ethic that continues to this day.

Nick has over 15 years experience in residential real estate in the Tucson market. He started his real estate practice in 2009, during the middle of the housing downturn. That experience helped shape the way he does business. Nick learned to always give advice based on the market you’re currently in, while also thinking about what the future may hold. He truly wants the best for each client.

Nick understands the contract inside and out and takes the time to ensure you know what you’re signing and why. He explains the pitfalls that you may encounter, so you know what to expect throughout the entire process.

His #1 goal is for you to be thrilled with your experience, so that you’ll refer your friends, family, and neighbors to us!

In his free time, Nick enjoys volunteering with Literacy Connects. He is also a musician who enjoys playing the guitar and bass.

Client testimonial:

“My partner and I had the pleasure of working with Nick and Kim on the purchase of our first home in Tucson. As we we’re new to the area, we needed some guidance in navigating the various areas of the city. We met Nick at an open house and were wowed by his knowledge of mid-century architecture in the area.

As a team, Nick and Kim were both incredibly helpful in answering all of our questions and matching us to a neighborhood that “just felt right”, was exactly in our budget, and met all our needs. Nick was always prompt and insightful when it came to answering questions and ensuring smooth negotiations and closing procedures. In the end we’re incredibly happy with our experience with Nick and Kim and would recommend them to anyone looking to buy in Tucson.”
