About Nick Labriola
Nick is a lifelong Arizonan. As a child he lived in Scottsdale, Sedona, and Flagstaff, before moving to Tucson in 2000, his wife’s hometown.
Nick started his real estate practice in 2009, during the middle of the housing downturn. That experience helped shape the way he does business. Nick learned to always give advice based on the market you’re currently in, while also thinking about what the future may hold. He truly wants what is best for each client.
Nick understands the contract inside and out and takes the time to ensure you know what you’re signing and why. He explains the pitfalls that you may encounter, so you know what to expect throughout the entire process.

About Kim Labriola
Kim is a fourth-generation Tucsonan, a self-proclaimed architecture nerd, and a bookworm.
After earning a BA in Interior Design, Kim spent 13 years working as a kitchen designer. She brings her passion for architecture and design as well as attention to detail to the business. She has worked behind the scenes researching and writing many of the articles on RealTucson.com since 2010.
Kim officially joined Nick in his real estate practice in 2019 after earning her real estate license the year before. She is head of marketing for Real Tucson.
