About Kim Labriola

Kim is a fourth generation Tucsonan, a self-proclaimed architecture nerd, and a bookworm.

After earning a BA in Interior Design, Kim spent 13 years working as a kitchen designer and she brings her passion for architecture and design as well as attention to detail to the practice. She has worked behind the scenes writing some of the blog articles on RealTucson.com since 2010.

As a little girl, Kim remembers spending afternoons in the El Encanto neighborhood with her mom, riding around in circles (if you know the neighborhood, it is literally circles) ‘oohing and ahhing’ over the gorgeous homes and the beautiful landscaping.

Kim’s favorite Tucson building is the Wilmot Library, her childhood hangout.

“My partner and I had the pleasure of working with Nick and Kim on the purchase of our first home in Tucson. As we we’re new to the area, we needed some guidance in navigating the various areas of the city. We met Nick at an open house and were wowed by his knowledge of mid-century architecture in the area.

As a team, Nick and Kim were both incredibly helpful in answering all of our questions and matching us to a neighborhood that “just felt right”, was exactly in our budget, and met all our needs. Nick was always prompt and insightful when it came to answering questions and ensuring smooth negotiations and closing procedures. In the end we’re incredibly happy with our experience with Nick and Kim and would recommend them to anyone looking to buy in Tucson.”
