Rolling Hills is a popular neighborhood on the east side of Tucson. The ranch style houses were built from the 1960s to 1970s. Most homes in this area feature a garage or a carport and they typically have 3-4 bedrooms. Most homes in the area are constructed of red brick, burnt adobe, or slump block construction.
The neighborhood is unusual because it features a golf course, tennis courts, basketball courts, and playground, but still has affordable homes and townhouses. There’s lots of shopping close by. The neighborhood is in the Tucson Unified School District and is serviced by Marshall Elementary, Secrist Middle, and Santa Rita High schools.
