Armory Park Del Sol is a neighborhood located just south of Downtown Tucson within the Armory Park neighborhood, just east of 3rd Avenue between 13th Street & 16th Street. It is a solar neighborhood built by John Wesley Miller, started around 2002. Homes vary in size from around 1000 sf to about 1800 sf, featuring 2 or 3 bedrooms. Both one & two story homes are available in the neighborhood.
