Dorado Country Club Estates is a northeast side Tucson neighborhood that was built around a privately owned golf course that is open to the public. The neighborhood is north of Speedway, between Kolb and Wilmot. The first homes were built in 1970. There are 12 separate neighborhoods (each having a separate HOA), with a total of 551 residences in the area. The neighborhood consists of both townhomes and single family homes. Most homes are 2-4 bedrooms and feature garages & a community pool.
Dorado Country Club is close to shopping, with the Park Place Mall only about 2 miles away. The Wilmot Library and St Joseph’s Hospital are about 1 mile away.
