Homes within the highly ranked Vail School District remain a popular choice for many families. But Vail wasn’t always known for their schools.
Vail is located southeast of Tucson, bordering the Rincon and Santa Rita mountain ranges. It has a long history of being a ranching and railroad community, long before subdivisions were developed in the 1990s and beyond.

Nowadays, the Vail School District is what brings many people to the area. As well as those looking for a more quiet, rural kind of lifestyle but with city amenities not too far away.
Most homes in the area are newer built, within planned suburban communities. The planned communities often offer a clubhouse, community pool, or other community amenities. The newer homes in the area are usually stucco often with tile roofs and feature 2 or 3 car garages.
