For those looking to live close to the University of Arizona, you cannot beat Campus Walk Condos, only a short walk from the University of Arizona campus.
Campus Walk was originally built in the late 1960s, and was completely refurbished in 2006. The community consists of 88 2-bedroom, 2-level units.
Some units have one large bath and a powder room, other units have 2 smaller bathrooms and a powder room. Each unit includes a private balcony.

Located just west of the University of Arizona at Euclid Avenue between 1st and 2nd Streets, it’s only 3 short, walkable blocks to the University of Arizona Main Gate entrance. And only 2 short blocks to Main Gate Square for restaurants, shopping and the streetcar stop.

A large laundry facility is located on-site, although some units have washer/dryer hookups in the unit too.
