It’s located conveniently at Campbell Avenue and 6th Street in Tucson, Arizona. Sam Hughes Place at the Corner (the official name) is only a couple blocks east of Arizona Stadium, McKale Center, most of the other UA sports facilities. Sam Hughes Place was built in 2004-2005 by Tucson developer Town West. There are 55 condos that range in size from about 1,000 square feet to 1,700 square feet. Each unit has 2 to 3 bedrooms and 2 to 2.5 bathrooms. Laundry is available in each unit. Most units have 2 assigned covered parking spots. A few of the condos have a 2-car garage instead.
