University of Arizona alum, Kevin Howard grew up in Arizona and started his firm, Kevin B. Howard Architects in 1994. The company specializes in high-end residential and commercial projects throughout the Tucson area. Projects designed by Howard’s architecture firm are typically site-specific and have a lot of natural stonework complimented with stucco exteriors, curved walls, and a lot of glass.

Stone Village – a neighborhood designed by Kevin Howard Architects
In the early 2000s, the firm worked on a small gated community of 32 homes within the Rancho Vistoso area of Oro Valley. The neighborhood, called Stone Village, was built by Pathway Homes 2004 – 2006. The homes here are situated around a loop that features a small community park with a sundial sculpture. Stone Village homes have spacious floor plans, typically 2200 – 2900 sf on small lots with nice views. The homes have 3 – 4 bedrooms and some of the plans have casitas.
Stone Village is serviced by Amphitheater School District with Painted Sky Elementary, Coronado K-8, and Ironwood Ridge High as the schools for the area.
