Castle Rock is a wonderful gated neighborhood on Tucson’s northeast side. This unique neighborhood features 14 lakes, a community center, playground, 2 pools, 2 jacuzzi spas, a sauna, parks, walking/jogging trail, playground, and fitness center all set in lush landscape. Private parties can be held at the community center, which also hosts several community events. The neighborhood has a large sculpture on Tanque Verde Road near it’s entrance.
The community is off of Tanque Verde between Houghton and Pantano. The homes tend to be 3 to 5 bedrooms and around 2,000 to 4,300 square feet. Most homes were built in the late 1980s up to the early 2000s.
Castle Rock is in the Tucson Unified School District, being served by Collier Elementary, Magee Middle, and Sabino High Schools.
