As cliche as it sounds, downtown Tucson is the heart of Tucson. In recent years, the area has been booming with new development blended with architecture from the 1880s to the 1950s to create a unique urban environment in Southern Arizona.

Some of Tucson’s most revered historic neighborhoods are near downtown, including Barrio Viejo, Armory Park, El Presidio, and West University. Whether you’re looking for a modern highrise condo, or a charming adobe dating back to the late 1800s, or a quaint bungalow with a wide front porch, you’ll find it all in the neighborhoods surrounding downtown Tucson.

The downtown area offers a plethora of hip restaurants, several theaters featuring live music and performances, coffee bars to meet friends, art museums, and local shops. On many weekends during the cooler months you’ll often find one of the many festivals happening somewhere downtown.

Downtown Tucson

“Nick is the hardest working agent in Tucson. Several agents bombarded me with seemingly random, automatically generated emails but Nick was the only one to take the time to search for homes that met my needs. I purchased a home with Nick’s help while living abroad. Nick personally visited homes and sent me 360 degree videos of the properties and gave me great advice. I confidently bought the perfect home. I couldn’t have done it without Nick’s help.”
